
My name is Rhonda Wilkins and I’m happy to say that I look and feel better now, at age 50 than 10 years ago. As
an active mom with a daughter in college and a son in high school, I am constantly on the go and have always
exercised to some degree.
I never really had a weight problem until I hit my 40’s. It was a shock to my system when, no matter what I did, I kept
gaining weight. At about age 45, I finally went to my doctor to find out where I was in the Peri-menopausal cycle
and much to my shock I was told that I was post menopausal! How could that be? I was still having regular cycles!
About the same time I started experiencing problems with sleep, night sweats, and I developed Restless Leg
Syndrome. I went to my Ob/Gyn and he decided to put me on “The Patch” and gave me medication for the RLS.
Within six weeks, I gained 20 lbs! At this point I was feeling like I had no control over my body at all. I went off the
patch, tried the ring, and tried the pill but, the more I tried to control the menopausal symptoms, the worse I felt.
The final straw came when I decided to try Bio-identicals and ended up in the hospital with chest pains, numbness
in my extremities and blurred vision.
My doctors advised me to stop all HRT’s at that time, and eventually added a different one back until I was finished
with all the testing that was necessary to determine why I had this “cardiac episode.” I decided right then that
enough was enough. I decided to try to get through menopause naturally, as it was evident to me that I was very
sensitive to most medications and I certainly was not happy with the weight gain.
It was about this same time that I discovered T-Tapp and started working out with it in January, 2005. Within the
very first week my RLS symptoms virtually disappeared. I was ecstatic! I also started taking the Premium Blend
